Refund policy

1.  Return or Exchange Policy

• For warranty claims, please contact sales@hxmpart.com with your order number.
• For non-warranty returns (replacement parts only, original parts are non-returnable). Please contact us within 15 days after receiving the part for a return. Please note that parts must be in their original package and in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if parts have been installed or are not in new condition.

2. Return or Exchange Process

• Please contact us first for returns or exchanges. Clients must ship the parcel according to instructions provided by us.
• Upon receipt of the returned part, one of the following will occur:

Refunds - A refund will be made. 

Exchange - Another part will be sent within 1-2 business days.
