1.  Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you place the order on our website and send the payment slip to us, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Once shipped out, an email will be sent to you with tracking number.

3.  Shipping Address and Cost

Feight is calculated by weight/size, country and quoted individually. City name and post code(if available) and phone number is nesssary. 

4.  Shipping Time

It usually take 3-7 days，depending on the destination country.

5.  Taxes, Custom Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are paid by clients.
